Skin surgery
Skin surgery is routinely performed by dermatologists and plastic surgeons, mostly using local anaesthesia. Types of skin surgery include:
- Skin biopsy (punch biopsy, shave biopsy, incisional biopsy and excision biopsy)
- Excision of skin lesions
